Here you’ll find famous attractions and landmarks Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head, the site of a dead volcano, as well as a variety of museums and cultural attractions. Here guests can visit Pearl Harbor or explore the Dole pineapple plantation, or learn about the history of Hawaiian royalty at Iolani Palace. Island of Hawaii
Also known as ‘the Big Island’, Hawaii is the largest of the islands, and offers a surprisingly diverse climate and geography, with everything from lava fields to sand beaches to cattle ranches. Hawaii is home to the famed Volcanoes National Park, where guests can observe the Kilauea and Mauna Loa active volcanoes. The island’s east and west coasts are two different experiences, with one featuring Volcanoes National Park along with lush gardens and waterfalls, and the other featuring a lively resort area with museums, galleries, and parks.
Offering a combination of beachfront resorts, country towns, and lush rainforests, Maui includes plenty of variety for visitors looking for a bit of everything. Check out historic sites and charming mom and pop stores and restaurants in Central Maui, or drive the Hana Highway as it snakes along the northern coast to Eastern Maui, where you’ll find rainforests, waterfalls, and seaside cliffs.
Lanai and Molokai
These two islands are smaller, less inhabited, and more remote than the main four, but are still accessible to visitors and offer attractions for those looking for something off the beaten path. Lana’i offers luxurious resorts with championship-level golf, contrasted with rugged valleys and coastlines. Moloka’i, which is only 10 miles across at its widest, is home to white sand beaches and cliffs with incredible sea views, a destination for those truly looking to get off the beaten path.
